“Four months prior, we hired Lily as our wedding coordinator. If you’re reading this, you’re probably in similar shoes. We were seeking a wedding coordinator and had specific requirements and constraints. We wanted to plan our wedding within a tight schedule (4 months), to do it within a very limited budget, yet we wanted it to be fun and memorable. Lily stepped up. There were no challenges she couldn’t handle, and no problems she would back down from.
Lily offered several service packages. We gave it thoughtful consideration and opted for her wedding coordinator package. Specifically, we were seeking someone who would run the big day and ensure things happened smoothly and as planned. Our experience showed us not only did she easily meet our requirements, she exceeded them. Here are some of the ways she exceeded them.
SWEAT EQUITY. Lily demonstrated ownership in the outcome of our wedding. She gave us the freedom and latitude to be ourselves, yet she was “in the trenches” with us when the going got tough. Simply put, you want someone who cares. And Lily cared as if it was her own wedding.

EXECUTION. She just executed. Wow, everything just occurred according to plan. During the whole day, if we took a moment to look around, there she was on the side with her clipboard and pen, managing and solving problems. We didn’t have a single worry all day.
PROBLEM SOLVER. Here’s a tip for you, if you hire Lily to be a problem solver, step back and watch her work. Trust that she will solve problems that you never even knew about.
TEAM PLAYER. Lily understood us from the get-go. Not just of things we needed, but more importantly, of things we didn’t know we needed. It felt she was able to predict our concerns and respond with thoughtful solutions.
CALM AND COLLECTED. During emergencies (and it WILL happen), how people respond really flows down from who’s in charge. When the unexpected happens (which it did), Lily was right there, calm and collected, and ready to help. Her cool, yet watchful, eye meant our guests had fun safely. Her calmness was contagious to all.
Lily stood out to us among many of the other wedding planners we could’ve hired. Going in, we knew she would be a good fit. Not only did she demonstrate that, she also went above and beyond in so many ways. “Hiring Lily from Sweetvenia Events is literally one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our wedding preparation. In the beginning of our planning stage, we didn’t think we needed a day-of-coordinator. But after working with Lily who organized literally every second of our wedding day, we cannot imagine how the day would have gone without her help. Lily is trustworthy and dependable; everything that you ask of her, she gets on top of it right away. This was crucially important in the last week leading up to our wedding because so many things require the bride and groom’s attention. “We really enjoyed working with Lily from the start to the very end. She helped us in all of the planning, handled all the logistics with the vendors, gave us a to-do list every month leading to the day-of and even managed our stress levels! She is easy to contact and easy to work with – she came to our home, near my work to accommodate my working hours and was accessible through text/phone 24/7. She is very quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot. Two examples were 1) on the day of, when there weren’t enough petals for the aisle due to our florist forgetting to bring some, Lily was able to quickly supply her with the petals as she had an emergency petal stash with her just in case! 2) and when my dress was too big on the day of and I panicked, she magically whooped out a sewing kit (a FULL set) and we managed to fix my dress right then and there. “Having Lily as our wedding day coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Even though she was not hired to be our full-time wedding planner, she made sure she was aware of everything and got in touch with all the vendors weeks before the wedding. She made sure all of them were given a thorough day of agenda. When we went to go visit the vendors together, she knew all the questions that needed to be asked so that we got everything covered. She also stayed late the night before wedding day to help us set up and do ceremony run-throughs.

On the day of, Lily knew all the little details that needed to be taken care of while getting ready. She made sure that the photographer captured all the discussed shots and that we had the right props included. During ceremony and reception setup, inevitably there were things broken or missing but Lily took charge to address them.

She calligraphy skills are timeless and I have a bunch of her pieces still hanging in my home today. She pieces are simple and so tasteful, I could look at them for hours.
