Lily was born and raised in Brooklyn New York and now lives in midtown Manhattan. She graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from Syracuse University! Go Orange!

Sweetvenia Designs was born after she spent a few years running events for a non-profit organization. As much as she loved the logistical side of planning a great event, she craved creativity. Wedding planning was the perfect combination of planning and designing. Lily loves working events because she loves the cathartic feeling at the end after months and months of hard work come to fruition. There is a wedding for each couple and creating beautiful and memorable experiences that reflect the couple is a highlight.
